2005 season: Returns as SMU's starting punter.

2004 season: Earned SMU's Special Teams Award... Punted 48 times for a 40.5 yard average... Had a season-long of 56 yards at UTEP... Downed four kicks inside the 20

2003 season: Saw playing time in all 12 games as the Mustangs' punter... Boomed a 71-yarder against Fresno State, tying for the 11th-longest boot in school history... Averaged 38.3 yards per punt... Put almost a third of his attempts (22 of 76) inside the 20 and had nine kicks fair caught... Had just three touchbacks... His 76 punts were the third-most in school history... Had three tackles.

2002 season: Was SMU's starting punter from the day he stepped on campus... Did a solid job as a true freshman... Averaged 38.2 yards on 70 punts... Named to The Sporting News' Western Athletic Conference All-Freshman Team... Number of punts were the fifth most in school history... Had 13 punts downed inside the 20... Season long kick was a 64-yarder at Rice... Averaged a season-best 52.5 yards per kick in that game... One of five members of his recruiting class to play.

High School : Three-year letterwinner in both football and baseball... Three-time All-District selection... Named in 1999 and 2001 as a punter and in 2000 as a placekicker... Also earned All-District honors at tight end... Career-long punt was a 71-yarder... Averaged 38.7 yards per punt as a junior and 40.1 yards per punt his senior season... Attended the Texas A&M Kicking Camp in 2000 and received Top Punter honors... Attended the Ray Guy Kicking Academy for two years and was chosen as one of the top 50 prospects in the nation by Guy himself... Received All-Tournament honors in the Joshua Baseball Tournament in 2000 and the Lancaster Baseball Tournament in 2001... Coached in high school by Danny Strout... Member of the National Honor Society.
