High School: Fisher High School. Played three years of varsity football under Coach Matt Leng. Named Special Mention All-Conference junior and senior years. Played three years of varsity basketball under Coach Rick Sparrow. Named Second Team All-Conference junior and senior years. Ran four years of varsity track under Coach Gary Jackson. Indoor state qualifier senior year.
