Overview: Two-year letterman in the secondary who will challenge for a starting cornerback spot...first-team cornerback at Justin Miller's old position entering the fall...has the size to be outstanding cover corner...tallest corner on the team at 6'3"...had four tackles in the 2005 Spring Game...has played in 17 of the 24 games over the last two years, including the victory over #6 Tennessee in the Peach Bowl at the end of the 2003 season...winner of the Vickery Hall Award for the 2004 season for his consistent work in the classroom.

2004: Played in all 11 games for 83 total snaps...had 14 tackles, including 10 first hits...had his only tackle for loss at Duke...had his only pass breakup at Texas A&M, a game in which he played 12 snaps...played a career-high 23 plays in the win over Utah State and had two tackles...had a career-high three tackles for loss at Virginia and the home win against Maryland...had at least one tackle in each of the last seven games after not getting a tackle in the first four.

2003: Was to be red-shirted, but with six games left, the red-shirt was taken off and he played four snaps against North Carolina; played special teams the rest of the season and on defense...played 14 snaps at Wake Forest, seven against Duke, and 11 at South Carolina...played six games overall for 36 snaps and made four tackles...had a season-best three tackles at Wake Forest in 14 snaps...saw special teams action in the Peach Bowl against #6 Tennessee.
